Rates are based solely on Hearth’s ranking system. The factors they look at is credit health, payment history, and debt to income ratio. 

It does NOT affect your score to simply check to see what you prequalify for! Prequalifying is simply checking your options! Your credit will only be dinged once you initiate and accept an offer. 

Projects can begin as early as 24 hours. It usually takes up to 24 hours for approval and receive the funds. Once the funds are deposited in your account, we start the work!
