Septic Repairs and Maintenance

Some systems require more than just pumping. Some systems have septic pumps, septic filters, and septic aerators.

Septic Effluent, Solid, Grinder Pump

$1000-$10,000

Huge spread on price, as these are not all the same and there are many applications. Most cases will involve a pump replacement being between $1000-$1350. Factors including location, digging, material needed for job will influence the pricing.

Septic Filters

$75-$150

Majority of septic systems do not have a filter. This didn’t become a requirement by the health department until early 2000’s. Systems that do have filters need to have them cleaned or replaced minimum every time tank is pumped. Depending on usage, homeowners may need to clean them more often. In my next category you will find a device that assists with this.
Filter Cleaning- $75

Filter Replacement- $150

Riser Lids

$350

Septic riser lids are a great way to seal the septic system from water, dirt, and root intrusion. These also provide easier access to the septic for professionals, and homeowners alike. With these lids, access is brought to grass or gravel level, or just below grade to minimize digging. This can prevent unnecessary probing and digging in the yard, which can prevent irrigation lines being broken.

1ft of riser lid- $350

2ft of riser lid- $425

3ft of riser lid- $500

Multiple lids get $25 discount per
